Shipping Terms
Orders will be scheduled for manufacturing once payment has been received in full. Orders that are ready for pick up will not be held in the factory for more than 2 business days. Any cabinets held more than two days after dealer has received notification for pick up will result in storage fees of $10/per cabinet per day.
Tracking information will be provided via email the following business day.
If the dealer arranges his own freight the responsibility of EuroCraft Cabinetry ceases once the product is loaded onto the truck.
Landed multipliers are based on a 10-cabinet minimum per shipment and will be subject to a $200 additional shipping charge if the cabinet quantity for the combined shipment is fewer than 10 cabinets. You must contact our customer service to have any additional charges removed from combining orders to ship together. Residential delivery and delivery appointments are added charges and will be charged back to you if they are added after order payment.
Landed multipliers are calculated for delivery to a business address that has a commercial loading dock and/or a fork lift. Delivery to a residential address or any location that does not have a loading dock and/or a fork lift will result in extra charges such as lift gate or residential fees.

EUROCRAFT SIGNATURE SERIES WARRANTY
Eurocraft Cabinetry, Inc. will replace or repair The Signature Series Kitchen & Bath cabinets that have been subject to defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of 5 years. The Warranty of The Signature Series is limited to the original purchaser, for residential applications only and does not extend to commercial applications. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at the discretion of Eurocraft and does not include labor for removal or replacement. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage, installation, assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, product modifications, exposure to the elements including humidity which may result in warping or splitting, accidental misuse, abuse or negligence. Natural woods may vary in texture, color and wood grain, and exhibit subtle changes as they age. For example, wood joints may eventually have visible cracking around the joint area and cabinet colors may darken or lighten over time. Sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners and other environmental conditions may cause materials to vary from their original color and/or to warp, split or crack. These variations are the nature of the material in relation to their environmental exposure and are not covered under this warranty.
Eurocraft reserves the right to determine the most cost effective and efficient method to correct defective merchandise that does not involve total replacement. Example: replace a door - not the entire cabinet. Eurocraft and its manufacturers determine what is "defective" - not the customer. Pictures will be required in order to receive replacement parts.
Please note that cabinet door styles and finishes are occasionally discontinued by Eurocraft's suppliers, which is beyond the control of Eurocraft. If the cabinet door style or finish that you purchased are no longer available or discontinued by our suppliers, or if we no longer sell that finish any longer, we will do everything we can, however, we may not be able to get parts or replacements. Eurocraft Warranty is limited to replacement of the allegedly defective piece, which may then at Eurocraft discretion replace with an alternative similar finish of part or offer reimbursement for the individual cabinet purchased. Eurocraft will not provide replacements, or reimbursement for entire cabinet groupings such as kitchen, bath, or laundry.
Climate Considerations
Dry wood undergoes small changes in dimension with normal changes in relative humidity. More humid air will cause slight swelling and drier air will cause slight shrinkage. If you install our product in an extremely humid area or in a building without air-conditioning, you can expect the cabinet components to change dimensionally. This change is usually more in width than height. The cabinets are designed to accommodate some of this dimensional change and most cabinets feature hinges with significant adjustability. Please note that if you leave your cabinets in direct sunlight that overtime the color can fade, this is not a manufactures defect and thus would not be covered under our warranty.
EUROCRAFT TRENDS SERIES WARRANTY
Eurocraft Cabinetry, Inc. will replace or repair The TRENDS Series Kitchen & Bath cabinets that have been subject to defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of 3 years.
