Policy and Procedures
Warehouse Distributors holds no responsibility for installation errors.
All orders must be paid in full before an order will be placed on the production schedule.
Warehouse Distributors will consider requests for minor changes or cancellations to an order in writing up to 24 hours after receipt of signed confirmation.
If the dealer arranges his own freight the responsibility of EuroCraft Cabinetry ceases once the product is loaded onto the truck.

- Customer has 25 days from of receipt of order to report any concealed damage (Non-obvious damage due to the fact that there is no box damage).
- Check to make sure all parts are present and free of damage as it is taken out of the carton.
- Any damaged products must be photographed PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
- Send request with detailed description, sales order # and photo to csr@_________________
- No parts will be replaced at no charge without sales order # and a photograph
- Warehouse Distributors has 48 hours to review the request. Warehouse Distributors will then notify the dealer of the outcome of the review. If the item(s) are to be replaced at Warehouse Distributor’s expense, they will be shipped within 48 hours of notice.
- Warehouse Distributors will ship all replacement/missing items via standard ground shipment or LTL Warehouse Distributors discretion
- Warehouse Distributors will not be held responsible for any cost including labor accrued during the installation of any of its products sold via any channels of distribution. This includes, but is not limited to, items that may be flawed or have been damaged in transit.

- Defects do not include items beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to, the following:
- Wood and Color Variations. Natural variations in the color, textures and grain of the wood used to manufacture cabinets or changes in the color of the wood caused by the natural aging process of the wood material is not considered defective.
- Wood Doors. Changes to wooden doors caused by changes in humidity, temperature and other local atmospheric conditions are not considered defects. Door warpage of up to 1/4” shall not be considered a defect. Note also that doors that appear warped may often be the result of improper installation or lack of proper hinge adjustment.
- Painted Finishes. Changes (such as finish stress lines) caused using non-porous woods (such as birch) or by changes in humidity, temperature and other local atmospheric conditions are not considered defects.
- We do not recommend ground shipping cabinets. If the dealer request that cabinets be shipped Warehouse Distributors will do so, however, if damage occurs the dealer will be responsible for any replacement costs.
- All price quotations will be valid for a period of thirty (30) days, without exception, from the date that the Quote is generated.
- All sales tax, excise taxes, or other forms of taxes levied against this transaction shall be paid by Buyer over and above all other sums
- If you are exempt from tax, an original signed tax exemption certificate must be submitted to Warehouse Distributors. Without a valid signed tax exemption certificate on file at Warehouse Distributors all applicable taxes will be charged to the Buyer.
- Showroom Displays in the form of Kitchen Vignettes will be purchased at the regular price.
- When placing your order, please indicate that these cabinets are for showroom display purposes
- When the display(s) is installed in your showroom, please email a photo of it completely installed to accounting@warehousedistributorsusa.com
- Upon receipt of the photo of the installed display(s), 50% of the cost of the cabinets used in the display(s) will be applied as a credit on further orders.
- In order to qualify for the above rebate cabinets must be installed in the showroom and pictures provided within 30 days of receiving your display cabinet shipment.
This policy applies to both advertising and posted e-commerce pricing.
All dealers that post advertised pricing must adhere to one of the following two company policies:
- Dealers that choose to use the EuroCraft Cabinetry brand name or door style names when advertising pricing must use Eorowood Elite’s MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) which is 45% off of list price. This means that dealers cannot advertise the EuroCraft Cabinetry brand name for less than 45% off of the list pricing.
- Dealers that choose to not use the EuroCraft Cabinetry brand name or door style names may advertise EuroCraft Cabinetry at any price with no restrictions or advertised minimums.
- Dealers that choose to not use the EuroCraft Cabinetry brand name or door style names may advertise EuroCraft Cabinetry at any price with no restrictions or advertised minimums.
Condition of Sale
Orders delivered to a business without a dock will be subject to a $50 liftgate fee.
All sales are final on custom cut pieces.
Once an order is finalized and sent to production, it cannot be canceled, returned or refunded.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer for the accuracy of orders by way of order confirmation.
No orders will be processed until confirmation is received.
Eurocraft Cabinetry holds no responsibility for assembly or installation errors.
The order will be scheduled based on when the order is confirmed. No replacement or missing parts claims considered unless made within 30 days receipt of goods.
Only VGW, SWS and Trends RTA Box orders can be returned or exchanged; all other items are final sale. Returns accepted upon approval within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, less 20% restocking charge. Must be in full factory sealed packing and in resalable condition only and accompanied with a receipt without exceptions.
No returns or exchanges on assembled cabinets. Assembled cabinet orders must be paid in full prior to assembly.
Eurocraft holds no responsibility for improper measurements or incorrect cabinet size provided by customer. Please inspect all products at the time of signing the freight bill and note any damage incurred in transit on the Bill Of Lading. Please make the following freight damage or missing items note on BOL with the following statement "Box damage/Product damage" or "missing item".
List any missing items on BOL. Freight damage or missing item claims WILL NOT be honored without a BOL notation.
All 96" long panels are subject to end damage during shipping. We only guarantee 90 good usable inches on all 96" long panels. 48" wide panels are subject to edge damage. Therefore, we only guarantee up to 42" of good usable width on these panels.
Purchased orders totaling $1,000 or more automatically qualify for backordered item(s) to be shipped at no charge when they become available (does not include local delivery). Only one shipment for backordered items will be provided at no charge for each sales order.
If you must have 48" panels shipped, Eurocraft Cabinetry will only guarantee 42" will be good. Up to 6" of damage is considered normal.
CHANGE ORDER POLICY
Eurocraft Cabinetry will consider additions to or cancellations of an order in writing up to 24 hours after receipt of signed confirmation.
Additions may delay shipment or pick up availability.
Eurocraft Cabinetry will not remove items from orders that have already been palletized.
MANDATORY RECEIVING REQUIREMENTS FOR LTL OR UPS DELIVERIES
Step 1: Check skid count (Amount of pallets) and loose piece count (Amount of loose pieces) that is listed on the Bill of Lading (BOL)/Delivery Receipt(DR), and match it to the actual amount of pallets and loose pieces that you received.
Step 2: Visually check boxes for damage. IMPORTANT: If the box(s) appear to be damaged, take close-up and wide-angle photographs of the damage.
Step 3: YOU MUST note any damage or missing items on the carriers BOL/DR at the time of delivery. Any deliveries accepted and signed by customer without such notes will be considered complete and no claim can be made.
Step 4: Check packing slip (located on shrink wrap on outside of pallet) against the actual items on the pallet. Item numbers are located on the outside of each box.
Step 5: Sign the Bill of Lading (BOL)/Delivery Receipt (DR). Keep one copy and save it for future reference, if needed. When you sign, you are accepting that delivery is complete and has no damage unless noted on BOL/DR at the time of delivery.
If there is any box damage seen on the pallet take pictures of the damaged pallet and boxes and make the following note on all copies of the Bill of Lading (BOL)/Delivery Receipt (DR) that says the following: “Box damage/Product Damage”
Pictures of the damaged pallet/boxes must be sent within 2 business days of the delivery. Please submit the pictures along with a Freight Damage Claim form (See links to forms below) to csr@warehousedistributorsusa.com within 2 business days of delivery.
If any item(s) appear to be missing, list the items that are missing on all copies of the Bill of Lading (BOL)/Delivery Receipt (DR).
All orders are custom built, therefore returns are not allowed.

MANDATORY RECEIVING REQUIREMENTS FOR WAREHOUSE PICKUP
Step 1: It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all product(s) to verify all items are present and free of visible damage prior to loading vehicles of unassembled and assembled
products.
Step 2: Visually check product for damage. IMPORTANT: If the boxes appear to be damaged, notify the warehouse manager of the damage.
Step 3: Check pick-up list against the actual items and quantity prior to loading your vehicles. Item numbers are located on the outside of each box.
Step 4: Customers are responsible for loading their own vehicles. If you arrive in a “Dock Height” truck, we will load the truck with a fork lift at no charge.
Step 5: If something is incorrect or missing, notify the warehouse manager.
Step 6: Sign the pick-up list.
*IF THE PICK UP LIST OR BILL OF LADING IS SIGNED WITH NO NOTES REGARDING DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS, NO CLAIM CAN BE MADE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS.
Quotation of Price:
- All price quotations will be valid for a period of thirty (30) days, without exception, from the date that the Quote is generated.
Taxes:
- All sales tax, excise taxes, or other forms of taxes levied against this transaction shall be paid by Buyer over and above all other sums
- If you are exempt from tax, an original signed tax exemption certificate must be submitted to Warehouse Distributors. Without a valid signed tax exemption certificate on file at Warehouse Distributors all applicable taxes will be charged to the Buyer.
